Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A man was charged with being an being an accessory following the actual murder in connection to the killing of Terrell Sims. Columbia Police Department officers were constantly searching for Sims who had gone missing since the week of Christmas. They also arrested Taylor Wardlaw in connection with the death of his friend. According to officials, Eddie Brown (aged 30) has been accused of playing a role to his death. Sims is a 26-year-old male was last seen in Columbia on Dec. 20, on Ervin Street. His wife, Wardlaw, reported him missing on December. 22 according to police. A body was discovered in a creek off Monticello Road Wednesday, and the Richland County Coroner, Naida Rutherford, verified that the body belonged to Sims. Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook declares Wardlaw is being charged with murder and possession of a firearm during a violent incident. Sims was killed by multiple gunshot woundsas per to police. According to the Columbia Police Department released the following tweet , in which they asked the public for help.
